Baan Nilawan Hua Hin Hotel

For the price the room was excellent. Exceptionally clean . The bed was comfortable. The aircon was good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is about a fifteen minute or so walk to the beach which is accessed through a park . To get down to the water is a big step so this could be a obstacle for some . There are no eateries or concessions at this area of the beach for food or drinks or anything.

Large cosy room and clean private bathroom. Friendly and smiling staff. Excellent internet connection. Quiet neighborhood, which makes it a perfect place to have a good rest. You can catch a bus to reach Hua-Hin Beach and the center city.

Good stuff, good location (you can swim, despite the fact that there is no official beach nearby, but there is a park and a small beach next to it), taxi to center of Huahin maybe 100 bat.
